Data sent for AI processing
XLSX and CSV files are parsed in the browser. After your confirmation, selected worksheet samples, sheet names, cell ranges, task description, formula settings and up to five previous exchanges may pass through our server to Replicate / GPT-4.1. Up to three sheets and 20 rows by 30 columns per sheet are sent. Screenshot recognition sends the complete selected image after a separate confirmation. Only submit information you have permission to share.
Storage and service providers
We do not deliberately save workbook content, screenshots, prompts or AI answers in application storage. They remain in working memory for processing; refreshing the page clears the workspace. Quota records contain daily totals and keyed hashes of IP addresses; older buckets are removed on subsequent requests, keeping the current and previous UTC day. Hosting and reverse-proxy access logs can contain IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and browser information. Replicate and its model providers have their own processing and retention terms; our application policy is not a promise about their systems.
Advertising
The site includes Google AdSense code. Google and its partners may process device and network information and use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices. We do not intentionally send your table samples or AI prompts as advertising targeting data. Google settings and the vendor policy are linked below.
Your choices and requests
Avoid uploading sensitive or unnecessary information; crop screenshots before sending them. You may use authored examples without requesting AI. Clearing the workspace cannot recall information already sent to a provider. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests with the minimum information needed to identify the issue; we may need to verify the request. Browser privacy controls and Google ad settings provide additional choices.
International processing and updates
The service is offered globally and providers may process data outside your country. We do not claim a particular data-residency location. Material changes will be reflected in this page with an updated date.
